I have COPD and get breathless easily. What can I do to manage it?

Hi. Breathlessness with COPD can be scary. Your GP in Glasgow will likely have prescribed medication to help open your airways.
Pulmonary rehabilitation can be very beneficial; it involves exercises and education to help you manage your condition.
Quitting smoking is the single most important thing you can do. Even if you’ve smoked for years, stopping can make a big difference.
Talk to your GP about smoking cessation support.
