Asthma Inhaler Advice

I use a blue inhaler for my asthma, but I’m not sure I’m using it correctly.

What can I do, I live in a small town in Cardiff.  I appreciate your help.

They’ll likely recommend using a spacer, which can help get more of the medication into your lungs.

Make sure you rinse your mouth after using your inhaler to prevent oral thrush.
