I use a blue inhaler for my asthma, but I’m not sure I’m using it correctly.
What can I do, I live in a small town in Cardiff. I appreciate your help.
Cheers!

It’s really important to use your inhaler correctly.
Your asthma nurse in Cardiff can show you the proper technique.
They’ll likely recommend using a spacer, which can help get more of the medication into your lungs.
Make sure you rinse your mouth after using your inhaler to prevent oral thrush.
If you’re still having trouble managing your asthma, talk to your GP or asthma nurse about other treatment options.
